The location was perfect! Park your car & don't move it! Freedom to come & go & relax. Luxuary & class without the stuffiness. Rooms are cozy, clean & classy. Mark & Keith seemed to think of everything! Third floor outside deck was a great place for morning coffee, sunbathing, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Can't wait to stay here again...Best place in town! Great prices, well worth the stay!

Really nice to stay for a weekend if you're a couple it's perfect. So romantic. Well organized if you're coming later than the check-in hours.

The staff was really cold and unfriendly.

The location was convenient to everything in town. Loved the rooftop deck. relaxed in the sun all afternoon

Even though we didn't spend a lot of time in our room-when we watched TV at night-the TV was very small and hard to see from across the room.

The furnishing of the Beaconlight was attractive and immaculate, with clear attention to beautiful flowers and plants on all levels of the house. Parking for cars and bikes provided on-site, which is helpful. Convenient location provided easy access to Commercial Street with its art galleries, shops and restaurants; the Pilgrim Monument, a supermarket and a bike path through the sand dunes. The guestroom - small but laid out efficiently - had its own refrigerator, tv, small table/chairs, bathroom. Enjoyed using the secluded hot tub on the first flop, surrounded by colorful foliage. Although no hot breakfast, the baked goods in the morning were fresh and delicious, the coffee fabulous, and healthy fruit, cereals and yogurt plentiful. Owners and staff were friendly and helpful - provided dining and/or attraction information; attentive but unobtrusive. Would definitely return to this comfortable and pretty setting.

Beautiful decor and back patio, friendly staff, and great location

Pricey, but forgivable due to peak season. Plus my room was next to the door to go to the basement, which made things noisy in the morning as the staff went up and down the stairs.

Everything about the Beaconlight was wonderful. The Inn is beautifully decorated, welcoming and accommodating. Mark and Keith (owners) are gracious hosts, helpful and considerate and their presence is subtle. The staff keeps the guest house immaculate, breakfast was consistently excellent. Other guests were friendly and very helpful in sharing their knowledge of the area. I'd go back to the Beaconlight Guest House in an instant.

Nothing. although I would suggest not taking a car to Provincetown if you don't have to. It's a walking/biking town and driving and parking are not easy.

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast, extreme cleanliness. Location.

Bedding could be renewed. Walls in room should be painted in lighter cOlors to make it look bigger. No big issues.

Clean, comfortable & relaxing haven just off the hustle & bustle off busy main Commercial St. The hosts can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble.

Nice location in the centre of Provincetown. Comfortable rooms and nice decoration of the house.

We felt we were not very welcomed, neither by the owners, nor by the guests.

The guest house was basically at the center of town, but on a side street so that I had the best of both worlds. I could walk to the corner and experience the restaurants, bars and clubs with the great people there or stay at the house and enjoy a nice soak in their hot tub in the garden. I was really amazed at the attention to details that the owners have put into the residence and how they worked to make you feel comfortable, from the simple cookies on the table in the suite to the wonderful robes to wear around the house and comfortable furniture and other amenities. I was very glad to have visited there.

I can't think of anything wrong with the place. It made for an amazing trip.

We had a wonderful visit at the Beaconlight. How room was well designed, inviting. Breakfast each morning was healthy and delicious. There's a skydeck to relax and enjoy the views of Ptown. We also loved the location. It's only half a block off Commercial St. However, that's just enough to provide an escape from the fun when needed. It's nice and quiet. Plus we found that some of our favorite eateries/bars/shopping were really close to our room. We'd stay again, no hesitation!

Loved the location. The house was very quiet and restful yet a block from the Commercial St action. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, and there were beautiful private spots to take it on the various decks and garden patios. The hot tub was spotless and secluded, and was great therapy after a long, chilly bike ride. Our room was freshly decorated, yet had all the funky touches of a private residence with a history. Our hosts and the staff were very attentive when needed, yet completely unobtrusive when not. Their attention to detail from bath products to fresh beach towels and robes were a welcome touch, and we will definitely come back for another stay.
