I had a wonderful time enjoying lazy mornings with delicious breakfasts, and the option to take my coffee on the lovely roof deck was a real bonus. The peaceful garden area offered a nice escape where I could unwind. My only wish was for a little more info at check-in, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 🌼

We had a wonderful stay at this charming place with our two kids. The roof deck was a fantastic spot for morning coffee, and the continental breakfast provided just the right start to our busy days exploring Ptown. The kids enjoyed the whirlpool tub too!

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have a more welcoming check-in experience for families. A friendly introduction to the house would help a lot.

Having enjoyed the comfort of a spacious King Studio Sofa Bed during my recent visit, I was disheartened by the decline in service quality. The once exceptional hospitality seemed to vanish with new ownership, resulting in a lack of warmth and attentiveness during my stay. Despite savoring some cottage cheese at breakfast, the atmosphere felt impersonal and lacking in charm, making me reconsider this as my go-to spot. It's a disappointing turn for a place I once adored.

We stayed in the King Studio Sofa Bed and loved how conveniently close we were to the Provincetown Waterfront Memorial Park, less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy for us to enjoy a scenic stroll along the water and take in the charming atmosphere of the area, while also being just a few steps from fantastic dining at Joe Coffee & Cafe.

Just a proper fit for a brief weekend stay in Provincetown with good value. The friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. Try to book a room closer to the common areas for easy access.
